Discuss Systray Icon
By default, users can view the count of unread messages from the Discuss systray icon.
Read Messages Button.
To read all unread messages by a single click, navigate to users form view and click the "Read Messages" button inside the Preferences tab.
After clicking the "Read Messages" button, all unread messages are marked as read and become invisible from the conversation systray menu.

You can access the "Read Messages" button in Odoo > Settings > Users & Companies > Users. Once you're in the user form view, navigate to the Preferences tab, where you'll find the "Read Messages" button.
