Let portal users edit their existing contacts and addresses — contact, invoice, delivery and other — directly from /my/account, without back-office help.

Portal Contact and Address Editor for Odoo 17

Update addresses without calling support

Works as an extension of Portal Contact & Address Manager. Each sub-contact card on the portal account page gets an edit icon. Portal users open a pre-filled form, change details or upload a photo, and submit — the linked partner record updates immediately in the backend.

Edit Sub-Contacts

Pencil icon on each card opens the edit form for that contact or address.

Edit contact, invoice, delivery and other addresses from their respective tabs.

Optional image upload on the edit form updates the contact avatar on the card.

Name, email, phone, street, city, state, country and address type are loaded automatically.

How to Use — Step by Step

Install Both Modules

Install Portal Contact & Address Manager first, then Portal Contact & Address Editor.

Open Portal Account

Log in as a portal user and go to /my/account. Address tabs group contacts by type.

Click Edit on a Contact Card

Choose any contact card and click the pencil icon to open the pre-filled edit form.

Update Details & Submit

Change the address fields and submit. The updated card appears on the portal immediately.

Verify in Backend

Open the portal user’s partner form in the backend — the updated sub-contact appears under Contacts & Addresses.
