Partner Birthday Reminder Email To Manager

This app sends reminder email to manager for their customer, vendor, partner and contact birthday are upcoming automatically using cron job.

Main Features:

  • This app sends reminder emails to a birthday reminder manager.
  • Cron Job runs automatically daily and sends the reminder email automatically to the birthday reminder manager.
  • If you configure Birthday Reminder Manager under sales setting than send email to birthday reminder manager.
  • Allow you to configure Birthday Reminder Days under the sales setting.
  • Send email to birthday reminder manager before birthdate Based on Configuration birthday reminder days under sales setting.
  • If the Birthday Reminder Email by Partner checkbox is unticked then a reminder email sends to the manager in the group (Only one email for all partner birthdays).
  • If the Birthday Reminder Email by Partner checkbox is ticked then a reminder email sends email by partner to the birthday reminder manager and sales person of partner.
