Manager Receives Notification for Upcoming Partner Birthdays

This module automatically sends reminder emails to the manager for upcoming birthdays of customers, vendors, partners, and contacts. The reminders are triggered by a cron job, ensuring timely notifications ahead of each birthday.

Main Features:

  • Automated Birthday Reminder Emails: This app automatically sends reminder emails to the designated Birthday Reminder Manager for upcoming birthdays of customers, vendors, partners, and contacts.
  • Daily Cron Job for Email Notifications: A cron job runs daily to ensure that reminder emails are sent to the Birthday Reminder Manager automatically, providing timely notifications.
  • Configurable Birthday Reminder Manager: You can configure the Birthday Reminder Manager in the Sales Settings. Once set, the system will send reminder emails to the designated manager.
  • Configurable Birthday Reminder Days: The system allows you to configure the number of Birthday Reminder Days under the Sales Settings, defining how far in advance the reminder emails will be sent.
  • Customizable Email Notification Timing: The reminder email will be sent to the Birthday Reminder Manager based on the Birthday Reminder Days configuration in Sales Settings, ensuring emails are sent prior to the birthday date.
  • Unified Email for Partner Birthdays (When Unticked): If the Birthday Reminder Email by Partner checkbox is unticked, a single reminder email will be sent to the manager for all partner birthdays at once.
  • Individual Emails for Each Partner (When Ticked): If the Birthday Reminder Email by Partner checkbox is ticked, the system will send individual reminder emails to the Birthday Reminder Manager and the assigned salesperson for each partner’s birthday.
