- Ensure that the status of the Juspay payment is set to "Enabled" and "Published" to allow the system to actively use these credentials.
- Enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. These should be provided by the Juspay payment gateway.
- Choose or create a payment journal that will be used for transactions processed through this integration.
- Select a product and its quantity, then proceed to checkout.
- Choose your preferred Juspay payment method from the available options during payment.
- Click the "Pay now" button.
- Choose the payment method and Enter your credit or debit card number in the designated field.
- Input the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
- Provide the card's expiration date and the security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.
- our transaction will be processed, and a record of the transaction will be created for tracking and confirmation.
- After successfully completing your payment through the Juspay payment, your order has been processed and confirmed in the system.
- The complete details of all transactions and all information.
- To initiate a refund transaction, click the "Refund" button and follow the prompts to proceed.
- Press the "Refund" button to start the refund transaction process.
- The detailed view of refund payment transactions includes the provider reference number and confirmation status.
