Before You Subscribe: MyInvois Prerequisites
To activate and use the MyInvois e-invoicing integration, the following steps must be completed by your team in accordance with LHDN guidelines:
1. Register on Pre-Production (Training/UAT) Portal
- Register your company in the Pre-Production MyTax portal (for testing & UAT).
2. Register on Production Portal
- Register your company in the Live MyTax (Production) portal to enable real submissions.
3. ERP Registration on MyInvois Portal
- Log in at MyTax.hasil.gov.my and access the MyInvois portal.
- Go to your profile → View Taxpayer Profile.
- Scroll down to "Register ERP" and click it.
- Provide ERP name (e.g., "MyERP System"), choose secret expiration (recommended: 3 years), and set as primary ERP.
- The system will generate your Client ID and Client Secrets (Secret 1 & Secret 2). Save these securely.
- Click Done to complete ERP registration.
4. API Credentials
- Use the above Client ID and Secrets to configure your ERP integration.
- These credentials are required for both testing and production environments.
5. Digital Signature Certificate
- Obtain a Soft Certificate from an approved Certificate Authority.
- This certificate must be installed in your production ERP to digitally sign invoices.
Please ensure all steps above are completed before we can proceed with your MyInvois activation and onboarding.
