Track My Repair Portal
1. Users can access their account dashboard to view and manage their repair orders.
2. All repair orders will be displayed in the Repair Orders section. Pagination has been implemented to improve usability, with 10 repair orders displayed per page. The list includes the following columns: Repair Reference, Product to Repair, Responsible Person, Warranty Expiration Date, Status, and Print.
3. When a particular repair order is opened, its detailed form view will display the product information along with the parts that have been added, removed, or recycled during the repair process. Additionally, a Communication section has been included at the bottom of the page to enable seamless interaction between portal users and administrators.
