POS Access Right HR Refund Fix
Small POS UI patch that separates Payment and Refund permissions for cashiers. It adds the checkbox POS-Disable Refund on the employee form.
Features
- Refund can stay enabled while Payment is disabled.
- Optional Refund restriction per cashier.
- No backend, models, or security changes.

- Depends on pos_access_right_hr.
- POS asset-only patch (QWeb).
