What you get
Seven reports, one wizard. The reports your bookkeeper used to stitch together by exporting CSVs and reformatting in spreadsheets — now one click, one PDF.
Z report
End-of-session totals with tax breakdown, payment-method split, sales by category, top products, opening and closing cash. PDF or thermal-receipt format.
X report
Mid-shift snapshot using the same layout, for shift-change handovers. The session continues after printing — it's a snapshot, not a closing.
Cash register / daybook
Cash in and out movements through the drawer, opening and closing balance, per session or across a date range. PDF or spreadsheet.
Settlement reconciliation
Per payment method: declared by the cashier, counted from orders, and the difference. The drawer's shortage or overage shown in plain numbers — not buried in a session close screen.
Cashier shift summary
Per cashier inside a session: orders handled, total turned over, tax collected. Pay-by-performance and shift discipline made visible.
Datewise & Multi-store
Daily totals across a date range, or side-by-side per shop. Spot the slow day or the underperforming outlet at a glance. PDF or spreadsheet.
Why this exists
Standard Odoo Point of Sale ships a basic Orders pivot and a session close summary. It does not print a tax-broken-down Z report, a settlement reconciliation, a cashier shift report, or a register daybook. Bookkeepers stitch this together by exporting CSVs and reformatting in spreadsheets — every single day. This module prints the seven reports they actually need, in the formats they actually print. One click each.
How it works
Step 1
Pick the report
Open Point of Sale → Reports Suite. One wizard for all seven reports — pick the report and the format from a dropdown.
Step 2
Pick the scope
One session, several sessions, one shop, several shops, one date range, or any combination. Cashier filter is there too when you want to single out one user.
Step 3
Print
PDF for the books. Thermal for the cashier's roll. Spreadsheet for the accountant. Pick one, click Print, done.

End of day, retail
Print one Z report per shop, hand it to the bookkeeper. Tax breakdown is on the page, payment-method split is on the page, drawer shortage is on the page. No spreadsheet, no re-keying.
Shift change, cafes & restaurants
Print an X snapshot at handover. The outgoing cashier and the incoming one both sign. No drawer dispute the next morning.
Drawer dispute, multi-cashier shifts
The settlement report shows declared vs counted per payment method. When the cash is short, you see the shortage in plain numbers — not buried in a session close screen.

FAQ
Do I need a thermal printer to use the thermal format?
Yes, the thermal format renders an 80mm-wide PDF designed for receipt printers. Standard A4 PDF works on any printer if you don't have a thermal.
Does the Z report close the session?
No. The Z report reads totals from an already-closed session. Closing the session is still done from the standard POS close-of-day screen. The Z report is a printable artifact for the books.
Is this a fiscal Z report (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Brazil)?
No. This is a non-fiscal Z report designed for the global market. Fiscal-certified Z reports for specific regulators require certified fiscal-printer integration and are sold separately by region-specific publishers.
Multi-company?
Yes. The wizard always scopes to one company; switch companies to print for another. Each company sees only its own POS data.
What's the refund policy?
Standard 60-day Odoo App Store refund plus Arure's 30-day satisfaction commitment, on top.
