Overview
- ‘Pragmatic Odoo Freshbook Connector’ is an effective application to sync the data between Freshbooks to Odoo and vice versa.
- App consists of single record export, Manual import and export using configuration setup and auto sync functionality.
- In every import/export the Freshbooks ids are updated so easily track the data between Freshbooks to Odoo.

Freshbooks Interface
- Click on the below link to open your Freshbooks Account,
https://my.freshbooks.com/
- Go to Apps -> Developer Hub -> Create your new Application.
Also make sure to provide all the scopes while creating your application.
After creating your application you will get the necessary credentials of App Client ID and Client Secret Key to integrate with Odoo.
Connector setup:
1. How the Freshbooks And Odoo Connected?
Step 1 : Activate our ‘Pragmatic Odoo Freshbook Connector’ module in your Odoo database.
Step 2 : Open the 'Freshbook Instance’ menu and create your own Instance.
Step 3 : Copy paste the Client ID, Client secret key and generated Auth Code from freshbook to Odoo.
Step 4 : Click on the ‘Generate Access Token’ button, your access token will be generated.
Step 5 : Then click on the ‘Authenticate’ button to successfully connect Odoo with Freshbooks.
2. Screenshots and Functionalities
a) Import From Freshbooks To Odoo
- Import the data from Freshbooks to Odoo by using the Import buttons.
- Once data imported the Freshbooks ID will be written inside all the imported records in Odoo.
b) Export From Odoo To Freshbooks
- Export the data from Odoo to Freshbooks by using the Export buttons.
- Once data exported the Freshbooks ID will be written inside all the exported records in Odoo.
c) Single record Export - Freshbooks to Odoo
- Able to Export the records individually from Odoo to Freshbooks.
- Once data is exported the Freshbooks ID will be written inside the exported record in Odoo.
d) Freshbooks Auto Sync Functionality
- By using scheduled actions we are able to import and export the data from freshbooks to Odoo and vice versa.
- After the completion of the scheduled actions the Freshbooks ID will be updated inside all the processed records in Odoo.
