Overview
Often, we need a way to select multiple Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), Deliveries, Payments, or Invoices and generate individual PDF files for each of them. However, Odoo does not provide this functionality by default. As a result, it becomes cumbersome to open each record individually and download the PDFs one by one.
Pragmatic has come up with a module "pragmatic_multi_pdf" to allow users to select multiple records from the list view and generate a bunch of PDF files in one zip folder with a respective status.

When the "pragmatic_multi_pdf" module is installed it will enable an additional menu "Multi PDF" In the Action dropdown. This option is available in the List view.
On selection of the above module, it will raise a popup window where the user can select the appropriate report that needs to be generated.
On click of the button "Download", it will download a zip folder with individual PDFs of all the selected files.
Above is the list of PDF files of individual invoice records. This functionality works with the customized PDF report as well.
When you open a paid and unpaid invoice folder, then you will find multiple files of that paid/unpaid invoice record.
Same as an Invoice, we have multiple export features for a Sale order also. Select the domain of Sale order/quotation.
In the Sales Order module, we have three stages: Quotation, Quotation Sent, and Sale Order. Records will be stored in files according to their respective stages.
In the Purchase Order module, we have three stages: Request for Quotation (RFQ), RFQ Sent, and Purchase Order. Records will be stored in files based on their respective stages.
In the Inventory module, we have a separate PDF export feature for Deliveries and Receipts. Records will be fetched for Receipt based on their status: Done, Draft, and Ready, respectively.
For Deliveries, records will be fetched based on their status: Done, Draft, Waiting, and Ready, respectively.
Additionally, for Customer and Vendor payments, users can export multiple payments in a single PDF export.
