Features
1. Dashboard Analytics:
We have Couriers -> Dashboard menu to access all courier-related statistics and analytics which provide a centralized view of all operations at a glance.
2. Setup and Configuration:
In Couriers -> Configuration, We have multiple submenus to set up our Courier Management Module based on our specific custom needs.
3. Courier Management:
- In Couriers submenu we are able to create a new record along with the required details with sender and receiver details.
- Here we can add the products which need to be delivered to the customer along with the kilometer, weight, dimension and priority, etc.
- Based on the Distance, Weight and Dimension we already set up in the Configurations menu, the amount will be autocalculated.
- We have five stages to track our courier status which are Draft, Received, Invoiced, Dispatched and Delivered.
- Initially the record which we are creating will be in a Draft state.
- Once the order gets dispatched it will create a new out delivery transfer in the Inventory section to make sure the product gets dispatched.
- We are able to track the created delivery transfer from the courier record by clicking on the Stock Delivery smartbutton above.
- At the time of dispatching the receiver will also get a current status of their package with a clear report to their mail which was provided.
- It will record a history in the courier table on the right side of the chatter box section.
- After that we step into the delivery process after the package gets dispatched, by simply clicking on the Deliver button on the top.
- Once the order gets delivered successfully, again the receiver will get a mail with a property delivery report.
- It will also record a history in the courier table right side of the chatter box section.
4. Courier Record History Report:
Under the Reporting section there is an option to print courier details based on the dynamic date filter.
