Loan Type Configuration
Automated Calculation and Installment Generations
On selecting the loan type and Loan Amount the Loan calculations will be automated.
Once the Compute button is clicked Installments Line will be generated.
Loan Request Submission
Employees create a loan request and send it for approval to HR.
Multi-Level Approval Workflow
1. HR Department Approval
2. Manager Approval
3. Finance Department Approval
Once The Financial Department Approves the Loan , Loan status will be moved to Loan confirmed state and loan can be disbursed by the financial team by clicking the disburse button.
- Once the Loan is Disbursed,the invoice will be created against the employee.
- The Financial Department is able to view Register payment Option for each Installments.
Flexible Payments
The module supports installment-based plans, enabling employees to repay their loans gradually over time through periodic installments.
Once Payment is done ,Status updation and paid amount and remaining balance is updated automatically.
Loan Report
On submitting a report is generated in a tree view and also includes an option to print pdf and excel report from the view.
