Employee Referral Tracking

The application enables employees to submit referrals for particular job positions and receive a referral bonus upon successful hiring.

Use Cases

Application Creation on their own for a particular job by referring the candidates.

Percentage of referral amount based on the time period

Automatic creation referral transaction if the referred employee got selected

Calculation of referral amount based of Annual CTC and percentage for particular job position

Set a referral percentage for a specific job role during a defined time period

Applications by referring the candidates can be created by the employee of the organization

After submission, the application reaches the HR Admin/User, who then guides the applicant through the recruitment procedure.

Upon hiring a referred candidate, the referral amount is computed using the referral percentage and Annual CTC, and a transaction is generated.

When a referral is rejected, HR will have the option to send a rejection email to the referring employee.

Referrers are notified when their referred candidates are rejected, with details available in the application.
