Please stay away from any modules made by this company or whatever they call themselves, I downloaded their product and then realized it is of no use to me, i offered to send proof i am not using this and they refused to issue a refund, in fact I would think twice before buying anything from Odoo in general as Odoo usually sides with the vendor since they probably make a cut from the sales, I dont recommend this company or anything they do.

We haven't got any type of proof of not using from your side. Also before purchase, we are allowing users for the demo and we also recommend that.
Before you purchase an app at least take a demo one time. But you are demanding a refund because that app is useless after getting our app code and you are saying it's useless.
If this is the fair way of getting a refund then we also want to buy all the apps from the app store and after getting the code we also want to tell each vendor this is useless please refund our money.
After Odoo Intervention, Odoo clearly mentioned refund policy details and said about refund details and you are not eligible for that so you are blackmailing us for bad reviews here is the original conversation of Odoo Intervention.
This is not any genuine way or reason or right way of doing fraud/taking refund.
We also urge everyone before buying our app to do a test and contact us for a demo.
