The configuration, destination and monitoring screens are shown at a readable scale, with no decorative mock-ups.
01 · SCHEDULE
Choose the report or export, records, cadence and one or more delivery destinations.
02 · DELIVER
Configure an S3-compatible destination and verify it with a test file.
03 · MONITOR
Review every delivery by schedule, destination, filename, status and error message.
Setup
Running in three steps
1
Install the module
Standard install from Apps. No external services and no extra Python packages — it only uses libraries Odoo already ships. Works on-premise and on Odoo.sh.
2
Add destinations
Email recipients, an S3 bucket, or Google Drive / OneDrive connected with your own OAuth app — the form shows the exact redirect URI to register. Verify with “Send Test File”.
3
Create your first schedule
Pick a report or an export, set the interval and destinations, hit “Run Now” — then check the result in Logs. A sample “Contact Sheet” report is included for testing.

FAQ
Common questions
Does it work on Odoo Online (SaaS)?
It works on-premise and on Odoo.sh. Like all third-party modules, it cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
Which reports are supported?
Any QWeb PDF report action in your database, including those from custom modules. XLSX is a field export: you choose the model, the fields and a filter.
How are emails sent?
Through Odoo’s standard mail queue, using the outgoing mail server you already configured — the report is attached to a regular Odoo email.
Does S3 include compatible storage?
Yes. Set a custom endpoint to use MinIO, Cloudflare R2 or any S3-compatible service. Uploads are signed with AWS Signature V4.
Where are my credentials stored?
In your own database. Google Drive and OneDrive use OAuth tokens from your own app; uploads go directly from your server to the provider’s API.
What about new Odoo versions?
Updates for your purchased Odoo version are free through the Apps store. Each major Odoo version is a separate purchase.
