Hide Spreadsheets at Global Level.

Go to the Access Management form view, open the MRP Overview Access tab, and select the reports and fields you want the user not to access.
Configure the MRP Overview settings by enabling Invisible and Hide External Links to restrict the visibility of the overview and hide external navigation links.
Log in with the configured access user, open the Bill of Materials (BoM), and click the Overview smart button to view the MRP Overview with the configured access restrictions applied.
Before applying the access configuration, all fields are visible in the MRP Overview.
After applying the access configuration, the configured fields are hidden and no longer visible in the MRP Overview.
Go to the Manufacturing Order and click the Overview smart button to open the MRP Overview for that manufacturing order.
Before applying the access rights, the External Link is visible in the MRP Overview.
After applying the access rights, the External Link is hidden in the MRP Overview.
