Enter the global pass key and new value in a dedicated update dialog.

Central Configuration
Set the Field Lock Pass Key under Settings → Shakti Field Lock.
How to Use
Enable developer mode
Go to Settings and activate developer mode so the Shakti Field Lock section is visible.
Set the global pass key
Open Settings → Shakti Field Lock and enter your Field Lock Pass Key. Save the settings.
Open a product form
Navigate to Inventory → Products and open any product. The Internal Reference field is read-only with a lock icon.
Click the lock icon
Click the lock beside Internal Reference to open the authentication wizard.
Authenticate and update
Enter the pass key and the new Internal Reference value, then click Update. The field is saved securely.
