Microsoft Office 365 App Installation
1. Click on 'Apps' in the Office 365 portal.

2. Type "Office" in the search bar and click the install button.
Enable Outlook Connector Access
Go to Settings->Users and Companies->Users and select the current logged-in user.
Scroll down and enable the checkbox highlighted in screenshot Outlook Connector Access. Save the form and upgrade the module.

1. Create a Microsoft Azure account on the Azure portal.
2. Create a new resource ‘App registrations’ and click on 'New registration'.

1. Add your app name and choose the account type.
2. Click ‘Register’.

After registering your app, you can see your ‘Application (client) ID’.

1. Click on 'Redirect URIs'.

3. Select 'Web' as your redirect URL platform.

4. Under the heading of 'Redirect URL' add your Odoo URL.
Format: https://domain-name/office. For example, if your domain name is abc,
the URL
would be https://abc.com/office.
Click ‘Register’.

1. After successfully configuring the Redirect URL, go to 'Certificates & Secrets'.

2. Add description and expiry of your secret key.

3. The key under 'Value' is your client's secret key.
User Configuration
- Go to Settings -> Users and Companies -> Users and create a new user. Ensure the Odoo email matches the Outlook email for smooth syncing.
- After creating the user, change access right to Settings as highlighted.
- Click Save.
Log in to an Outlook user
Click on the gear icon and select Change Password to log in as an Outlook user.
Click the top-right logout button and log in with the desired Outlook user. This is essential as Administrator is not an Outlook user.

- After completing the process above, go to Settings and open the user whose account you want to integrate.
- Copy 'Application ID' and 'Secret ID' from Microsoft Azure portal and enter here.
- Check the box labeled Is Admin. This means that whenever someone tries to connect Odoo with Outlook, it will use the login details of the person who has this box checked. This is especially helpful for organizations where all users in Outlook share the same login information.
- Click Save.

- Click the Office 365 Login button.
- Enter your Office 365 email and password.
- Check 'Consent on behalf of your organization' and click Accept.
- After login, you will see a confirmation message and be redirected back to Odoo.
Office 365 Import Operation
- After login, click buttons to import/export data between Office 365 and Odoo.
- Import contacts based on category; if no category selected, all contacts will be imported.
- Import calendars based on type and category; if no category selected, all calendars will be imported.
- Activate auto scheduler or perform manual sync by date range.
Office 365 Export Operation
- Export operations can be performed similarly.
- Activate auto scheduler or perform manual export by date range.
Office 365 Emails
- Emails are shown on the contact page.
- You can send emails to contacts; received emails appear after importing.
Office 365 Activities
All synced tasks from Office 365 appear in All Activities menu.
Office 365 Import/Export Logs
- Click 'Logs' in navigation menu to view logs of import/export operations.
Office 365 Import/Export Exceptions
- Click 'Exceptions' in navigation menu to view error logs.
Office 365 Scheduler's Settings
- Set up scheduled operations.
- Enter duration for auto scheduler.
- Select scheduler type for all users.
- Click Save.
- Click "Apply Scheduler" button.

Is this app compatible with Odoo Enterprise as well as Community?
Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
