Add Jitsi Rooms to Calendar Events
This module extends Odoo Calendar with a simple Jitsi button. Users can generate a unique meeting room from an event, store it in the standard Video Link field, and send the link through normal calendar invitations.
One-Click Link
Generate a unique Jitsi room link from the calendar event form.
Standard Invitation Flow
The generated room is stored in Video Link, so attendees receive it in calendar invitations.
Shared Jitsi Settings
Uses the same Jitsi domain configured in the Video Meetings settings.
Simple Calendar Flow
Install the module and generate meeting links from calendar events.Open Calendar
Create or open a calendar event in Odoo.
Generate Jitsi
Click the Jitsi button to create a unique room link.
Save Event
The link is saved in the standard Video Link field.
Invite Attendees
Send the calendar invitation with the Jitsi link included.
What This Module Adds
Jitsi Button on Events
Adds a Jitsi action button directly inside the calendar event video link area.
Unique Room Generation
Generates a unique Jitsi room name for each calendar event.
Video Link Integration
Writes the generated Jitsi URL into the standard calendar video call field.
Optional Password Field
Shows an optional Jitsi password field after a meeting room is generated.
Attendee Invitation Support
Uses Odoo's normal calendar invitation workflow, so attendees get the meeting link.
Reusable Server Configuration
Reads the Jitsi server domain from the main Video Meetings configuration.

Dependency Note
This module depends on Jitsi Meet Video Conferencing and Odoo Calendar. Configure the Jitsi server domain in Video Meetings settings, then use the Jitsi button from calendar events.
