Quickly Insert Multiple Products into Your Orders

Adaptive Product Selector gives you a smarter way to add multiple products. No need to open them one by one. Just scan the list, make your picks, and insert them all in a single move.
You can select products by clicking on a line or ticking the checkbox. Your selection stays active, even when you search or apply filters.
Products already added to the document are automatically hidden from the list. If your document uses Odoo's Product Catalog logic, this selector will inherit its domain and context for consistency.
It works out of the box with Odoo Purchase app. For other use cases, install the appropriate extension:

Enhanced Filtering, Automatically Activated

If you're using modules that feature our Adaptive List Filter — such as Lavend Backend or other supported extensions — this selector becomes even more powerful.
These enhancements are applied automatically, with no extra setup needed. The product list view of the selector will instantly gain:

  • ▸ Dynamic filter navigation bar to switch between filters.
  • ▸ Adaptive List Filter. The core module that powers list filtering features.

Does this module work on its own? Is it really independent?
This module works fully on its own — no additional tools are required. You can select and insert multiple products right away, with all built-in features ready to use. However, if you also use Adaptive List Filter (or compatible extensions like Lavend Backend), the product list view will automatically gain enhanced filtering tools — such as a side filter panel, inline field filters, and contextual shortcuts. Everything works out of the box. The integration is seamless, optional, and made to bring even more speed and clarity to your workflow.
Does this module support both checkbox and line selection?
Yes. You can select products either by ticking the checkbox or simply clicking anywhere on the line. The line-click behaves exactly like a toggler — there's no risk of opening the form by mistake.
Will I lose my selections when filtering or searching?
No. The module remembers what you've selected — even when you apply filters, use the search bar, or move between pages. Your choices are preserved until you manually clear them or proceed.
How do I know which products I've already selected?
The current selection is always shown at the top right corner of the control panel. It displays the number of selected records and includes a quick "Clear All" button.
What if my document already contains some products?
Those products are automatically excluded from the selector. This helps you avoid duplication and speeds up the selection process.
Will it work properly with custom filters or catalog rules?
Yes. The selector automatically inherits domain and context from the product catalog or any custom logic defined in your document's action. This ensures consistent filtering and behavior — just like Odoo's native catalog.
Can I use this module across multiple client projects?
No. Each purchase is valid for a single production database only, as per the Odoo Proprietary License (OPL-1). If you're building solutions for multiple clients, please purchase one license per end-user. This ensures fair use and allows us to continue improving and supporting the module.
Can I use this together with other custom modules?
Yes. Adaptive Product Selector is designed to work well alongside other modules — including pricing tools, discount rules, or even custom line editors. If you're using a third-party app or a heavily customized model, feel free to contact us. We're happy to review your case and confirm whether integration is possible — or suggest best practices.
