- Install module Grab Express Integration
II. Configuration Grab shipping method
- In this section, we will proceed to set the parameters and connect to Grab Server to get the access token. This access token will help authenticate API connections with the Grab Server.
Step 1: Go to: Inventory/Configuration/Delivery/Shipping Methods/Grab Express/Integrated Configuration Tab
Step 2: Input:
- ClientID
- Client Secret

Click on button 
to check the connection status to the Grab server
Click on button 
to switch to a production environment or vice versa (development environment)
Step 3: Click on button 
Warning
Access token lifespan is 7 days by default which means request once and reuse 7 days.
Step 4: Configure default parameters for delivery orders
- Weight Unit: The unit of measure for your shipment. You don't need to change it because Grab's rules are Grams
- Promo Code: Grab will give you this promotion code
- Payer: This field determines whether the sender or recipient will pay for the delivery
- Service Type: This field will determine what type of service you choose for your delivery order
- INSTANT: When the delivery is requested, we will immediately try to find a driver for you.
- SAME_DAY: Same Day Delivery is an affordable on-demand delivery service.
- BULK: Use this Service Type when you want to deliver a bulk order.

- Vehicle Type: The vehicle you want to deliver the goods to.
- Payment Method: The payment method you want to use
- Cash: Cash payment
- Cashless: No cash payment
- Location mode: Grab uses one of two ways to decompose addresses in quote requests and order creation
- Address Map: Use city code to decompose addresses
- Coordinates: Use coordinates to decompose addresses
Warning
Coordinates Mode: If you use this mode, please install Partners Geolocation module (provided by Odoo) and get the corresponding coordinates for each contact.
Step 5: Configure a webhook to track orders called from the Grab Express system
- Activate "Authentication Use". Then click the 
button to get the access token code. If you do not want to use protection for your Odoo system. You can skip this step.
- Go to Grab Portal at Grab Dashboard
- Navigate: Express Integration/Configurations/Partner Configuration
- Activate the field [Enable Webhook]
- Copy the field [Webhook URL] from Odoo and paste it to the field [Tracking Webhook]
- Activate the field [Authentication Needed]
- Copy the field [Access Token] from Odoo and paste it to the field [Partner Client Secret]
Step 6: When there is an endpoint change from Grab Express's system, rest assured, that it won't take you much time to edit it.
- Navigate Routes Tab, Here you can edit basic information for your restful API such as methods, headers, path, etc,
Finally, Congrats, you have successfully configured the necessary components to connect to the Grab Express system.
III. Create/Update your first customer (If your system is not contact or contact missing information)
Step 1: Go to: Contacts/Create (Update)
- Name
- Street
- State
- Country
- Phone/Mobile
Other countries
For countries where Grab Express has other support. Please follow the convention between your country and the Grab carrier.
Finally, Congrats, you've created/updated your first customer.
IV. Estimate cost delivery
- After created your first customer. In this section, we will estimate the shipping costs for your sales order.
Step 1: Go to: Sales, Create a new sale order
Step 2: Click on button 
to open pop up Add a shipping method
Step 3: Choose Shipping Method, Service Type, Vehicle Type
Step 4: Click on button 
to get estimated cost from Grab Express provider
Step 5: Click on button 
to confirm add cost to the sale order
Finally, You have successfully estimated the shipping costs for your sales order
V. Booking delivery order
- Once the cost has been estimated and confirmed by your customer. We will proceed to create a delivery order with the Grab Express provider.
Step 1: Go to: Inventory/Delivery Orders/Choose Delivery Order/Additional Info Tab
Step 2: Choose information of delivery order
Step 3: Click on button 
.The system will validate the picking and automatically book the order

Click on button to view details of carrier reference orders.
Tips
If you want to Schedule a Delivery
Enable the Schedule field. Then select the "From" and "To" periods. The "From" and "To" fields are when you want the driver to pick up and deliver the package.
If the order is successful, the delivery order status will be Queue
Finally, Congrats, You have successfully booked the shipping for your sales order.
VI. Cancel delivery order
Click on button 
to cancel the delivery order.
VII. View real-time delivery process
Click on button 
to open a new page where you can see the delivery progress in real-time.
VIII. Website Activities
Click on button 
to publish Grab Express method on the website
- Estimated shipping costs
- Choose Grab Express as the shipping and payment for the sale order
- View real-time delivery process
Your customers can click on the carrier tracking ref (example: IN-SB-2-C6VWLNV3AN3YJA-AZ) to open a new page where they can see the delivery progress in real time.
IX. API request logs
Click on button 
to enable logging request APIs feature
- After enabling the debug requests feature. All requests to Grab servers are logged.
- Go to: Settings/Technical/Logging To review the request logs (Administrator only)

I will explain a few of your issues:
Grab System uses 2 ways to determine the address:
- Method 1: Grab Map (Each country will have a different address format, so the usage will be different)
- Method 2: Using coordinates (This method will be widely applied in countries that Grab supports).
Currently, this module is using method 1: Grab Map, and this module is not yet supported on the website (Because it is related to other dependent modules that customers do not want to use)
However, I can customize it according to your needs if you still have the need
