Phone Calls link with Applicant.
This application helps streamline applicant management by keeping track of calls made and automatically linking applicants while saving their records. With only a few simple clicks, you can easily create new applicant profiles and associate them with their phone numbers. Efficient functionality in the app ensures that all relevant details are linked to the right contacts, minimizing errors or confusion. Adding or updating an applicant is made simple by the application, keeping you organized and focused on the tasks that matter the most, which saves you precious time and energy in managing your applicant database.
This App helps to create or automatically link Applicants with phone number clicks.
Latest Features
First go to settings
Choose user from Users&Companions tb
Give your desired user permission to be Phone Call Manager
Select Recruitment module from the dashboard
Than choose All Applications from Applications tab
Select new tab in recruitment module inorder to create new Application.
Fill the necessary details in the form
After filling the form save your new Application
Go to settings and then Phone calls module tab.
To create for the existing user, Check the Applicant box if you want to automatically link the Applicant.
Select the Phone Calls module from dashboard.
Click on new tab to register the record
Fill the necessary details of your record.
Save your record.
After saving the record, It will automatically fetch the existing applicant detail as shown below.
Go back to settings, then phone calls module and make sure to Uncheck the Applicant box if you don't want to automatically link the Applicant or for saving a fresh record.
Open phone call module from your dashboard and click on new tab to register the record.
After filling the necessary details, Click on Create Applicant tab to register the details
After filling the form, click on create tab to create new Applicant from call.
