This app simplifies call management by tracking activities, and logging details for future reference. It helps you understand customer needs better, improving follow-ups and communication. With reminders and organized call records, it enhances customer relationships for long-term success.
Latest Features
Go to Configuration and Navigate to Settings.
Click on "New" to create a new record.
Enter the contact details.
The contact details will be displayed as shown. Choose the option you need in the Summary field.
The Phone Call record will be displayed here.
User Roles for Phone Call Management
This module creates the following user roles-
1. Phone Call User- Can create, edit, and view their own calls but cannot access others' calls or system settings.
2. Phone Call Manager- Has full control over all calls, can assign calls, manage settings, and generate reports.
Call Tags
You can create and assign specific tags with the phone call record as shown below:
All the call tags will be displayed here.
Call Summary
Call Summaries are pre-defined summaries of any call that you can create and tag on a record.
The call summaries of all calls will be displayed here.
