HR Interview
HR Interview is a comprehensive app designed to streamline the interview process. It allows you to schedule interviews, assign tasks to interviewers, and track interview stages. The app automatically generates timesheets, displays the status of applicants, and provides skill ratings based on the applicant’s performance. Additionally, it links specific skills to job positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

By this module you can streamlines the process of interview with multiple stages.
In this module, interview tasks will be generated for the interviewer.
This functionality automates the creation of timesheets for the interviewer during the interview process. Timesheet will be created once the inteview is done and the stage is change for the candidate.
It helps HR teams track where each applicant stands in the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-ups.
The HR Interview allows interviewers to assess and rate a candidate's skills based on observation.
This feature allows HR teams to match specific skills to the requirements of a job role, which improves the accuracy of the hiring process.
Navigate to Settings > Interview, select the interview stage, and then click on save.
When an interview is scheduled, a task is assigned to the interviewer. You need to select the project for interview task on the setting page.
Interview Stages
You can manage different interview stages as shown below.
To view and manage applications for a specific job, open the desired job position from this section.
Enter the job summary, required skills, courses and other relevant information to provide a complete job description.
Schedule Interview for Applicants
To schedule an interview for the applicant, open the application form view and click on the INTERVIEW button.
After clicking the button, a wizard will open. Fill out the form and schedule an interview for the applicant.
Skill Rating of Applicant
After clicking the button, a wizard will open. Fill out the form and schedule an interview for the applicant.
In the applicant form, directly open the interview tree view, and you can see the interview count here.
The interview form view will be displayed, showing details such as the applicant's name, job position etc.
Display Applicant Status on Interview
Select the Shortlisted or Rejected stage after the interview is completed.
Interview Task for Interviewer
The interview task is now visible in the project for the interviewer.
You can track all interview updates, stage changes, and communications in the Chatter section.
Automatic Timesheet Creation
You can display and track your timesheet entries here, including allocated hours and time spent on tasks.
Link Skills with Job Position
You can display and track your timesheet entries here, including allocated hours and time spent on tasks.
User Roles for HR Interview
This module creates the following user role-
1. Interviewer- Can only view interviews with limited access.
