PoS Order Tracking Customer Display
This module allows you to easily display a customers order status, giving them instant visibility on where their order stands without needing to contact your team. Once an order is confirmed, customers can see its current state (such as quotation, confirmed, in preparation, delivered, invoiced, paid, cancelled, etc.) along with key details like order reference, dates, amounts, and delivery information. The status can be shown on the customer portal, website, or through a secure link, so clients can quickly look up their order by reference, email or other identifiers you configure. By centralizing all order information in one clear view, the module reduces where is my order? queries, improves transparency and trust, and lets your sales and support teams focus on higher value tasks instead of manually checking and responding about order progress.
