What it does
During the recruitment process, on the candidate's recruitment profile, the HR department will recognize the candidate's skills based on the Skills Framework that has been developed for each job position.
If the Recruitment Applicant Skills module (to_hr_skills_recruitment) provided an interface to enter the candidate's skill information on job profile, the HR Skills Framework module (viin_hr_skill_framework) provides a skill framework building tool for each job position, the module viin_hr_skill_framework_recruitment will be the bridge linking the two modules above.

The bridge module allows the candidate's skills to be recognized on the candidate's profile according to the HR Skills Framework.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_hr_skill_framework_recruitment.
- Press Install.

- HR Skills Framework.
- Create job positions.
- When a candidate applies for the above vacancy, the HR department will add information about the candidate's skills on the recruitment profile. Navigate to Recruitment ‣ Application ‣ All Applications to create a new one or select a candidate from the list:
- In the Skills field, click CREATE A NEW ENTRY to choose from the skill list of each position's skill framework:
