Configuration
- APOLLO MENU
After install this module configure your Apollo account from the 'Apollo' menu.
In the API Key section, set the API key that was generated for the Apollo account.
- Scheduled Actions
Here you can find the schedule actions for sync opportunities, stage, list and list of contact.
When Schedule actions trigger its automatic sync opportunities, stage, list and list of contact in to odoo.
- VIEW OPPORTUNITIES STAGE IN ODOO
To view the synchronised stages. Use the Apollo Stage ID as a filter in Stage to ensure that you only see Stage from Apollo.
- VIEW OPPORTUNITIES IN ODOO
Go to CRM and add the Apollo Lead Filter, so you will see only the leads from Apollo to Sync.
- VIEW APOLLO LIST
In apollo module list manu you can find the apollo list in odoo.
- VIEW APOLLO LIST CONTACT IN ODOO AS OPPORTUNITIES
Sync the apollo list of contact in odoo as opportunities.
