Configuration
- APOLLO MENU
After install this module configure your Apollo account from the 'Apollo' menu.
In the API Key section, set the API key that was generated for the Apollo account.
- APOLLO MENU
Here you can see button for sync stages and opportunities. Onces syncing is done its show successful message as per below image.
- SCHEDULED ACTIONS
Alos provide schedule actions for sync opportunities, stage.
When Schedule actions trigger its automatic sync opportunities and stage in to odoo.
- VIEW OPPORTUNITIES STAGE IN ODOO
Here to view the synchronised stages. Use the Apollo Stage ID as a filter in Stage to ensure that you only see Stage from Apollo.
- VIEW OPPORTUNITIES IN ODOO
Go to CRM and add the Apollo Lead Filter, so you will see only the leads from Apollo to Sync.
