myexample.com is a server wehre Subscription SAAS apps installed and configured remote server, port and admin Password. Remote server is as well configured with dynamic sub-domain setup. As soon as server instance registered then automation will take care of creating instance on remote server and sub-domain setup.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a
legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
APPSGATE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Company") for the software product
identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated
media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby grants to
you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
solely for your internal business purposes and only in accordance with the
documentation provided with the Software.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the
source code of the Software
c) Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
e) Use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted herein
f) Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or
impair the Software or interfere with any other party's use of the Software
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Company retains all right, title, and
interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights
therein. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
You acknowledge that the Software contains valuable trade secrets and
confidential information of Company. You agree to maintain the confidentiality
of the Software and not to disclose or make available the Software to any
third party without Company's prior written consent.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement
at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. Company may terminate
this Agreement immediately upon notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You acknowledge that the Software may be subject to export control laws and
regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and
regulations.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning
the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
