Is it compatible with Odoo.sh?
Yes. The module can be installed on Odoo.sh as a custom addon and configured directly from the Odoo backend.
Which documents are supported?
The module supports Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customer Invoices, Vendor Bills, Journal Entries, Customer Payments, and Vendor Payments.
Can I create different approval rules by amount?
Yes. You can create multiple approval matrices for the same document type using different minimum and maximum amount ranges.
Does it support multi-level approvals?
Yes. Each approval matrix can include multiple approval levels, and the document moves through the levels sequentially until fully approved.
Can I assign approval to specific users?
Yes. Each approval level can be assigned to an approval group, with optional specific approvers. If specific users are selected, only those users can approve or reject that level.
Can some users approve all levels?
Yes. Approval override users can approve or reject all levels in the selected matrix, even if they are not part of the current approval group.
What happens when a document is rejected?
Users must enter a rejection reason. The module records the rejection in the document chatter and returns the document to the previous approval level or marks it as rejected based on the workflow stage.
