Full psychiatric assessment with MSE and risk flags
Seven assessment types â intake, follow-up, emergency, admission, discharge, forensic and capacity â each with a structured Mental State Exam, DSM-5 + ICD-10 F-code diagnosis, and a draft â completed â signed-off workflow with trainee supervision sign-off and amend history. The list view paints imminent self-harm risk red before anyone opens the record.
11 standardised instruments, auto-scored
Administer PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT, CAGE, DASS-21, MDQ, YMRS, HAM-D, MMSE, MoCA and C-SSRS as instrument sessions linked to the assessment. Scores are interpreted against the published cut-off bands automatically, an instrument counter sits on the assessment form, and a printable score sheet ships as a QWeb report.

A per-patient, per-substance register with relapse log and MAT tracking, plus psychiatric medication reviews covering adherence, side-effects and mandatory lab monitoring â lithium levels, clozapine ANC, QTc and LFTs. Prescriptions from the Pharmacy app carry an is_psychiatric_rx flag.
Record-rule confidentiality with DPA 2019 audit log
Mental-health records are hidden from non-mental-health staff by ir.rule unless the patient has consented, and every access is logged for Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 audits. Consultations and visits in the rest of AminiTech HMS carry only a flag â the clinical content stays behind the wall.
