CANCER CARE

What you get

Every feature below is live on the public demo — open hms.aminitechsolutions.com (login demo / demo) and walk it yourself.

Register and stage every patient properly
01 · CANCER REGISTRY

Register and stage every patient properly

The oncology patient record captures ICD-O-3 topography and morphology, TNM with AJCC stage grouping, ECOG and Karnofsky performance status, treatment intent, plus computed BSA (Mosteller) and GFR — the numbers every dose calculation downstream depends on. Exports as a MOH cancer-registry report.

Protocol to dated cycles in one click
02 · CHEMO PLANS

Protocol to dated cycles in one click

Pick a protocol (curative, adjuvant, neoadjuvant or palliative intent) and the treatment plan expands it into scheduled chemotherapy cycles. Each cycle records pre-cycle weight, BSA and labs — ANC, platelets, creatinine, ALT, bilirubin — and an automatic fit-to-proceed gate holds the cycle when values fall below ISMP/NCCN thresholds.

Two-nurse double-check before the drip starts
03 · SAFE INFUSION

Two-nurse double-check before the drip starts

Chemotherapy is high-alert medication. A dedicated wizard enforces an independent verification by a second nurse — patient, drug, dose, route — before any infusion can be marked administered, and prints a two-nurse check sheet for the file. Dose modifications are logged with standard reasons like neutropenia, renal impairment or cardiotoxicity.

Plan and deliver radiation, fraction by fraction
04 · RADIOTHERAPY

Plan and deliver radiation, fraction by fraction

Radiation plans cover 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT and HDR/LDR brachytherapy with daily fraction delivery records, machine QA and radiographer/physicist sign-off — so the physics side of the department lives in the same system as the medical side.

CTCAE grading and multidisciplinary tumour boards
05 · TOXICITY & BOARDS

CTCAE grading and multidisciplinary tumour boards

Grade adverse events against 80+ seeded CTCAE v5.0 terms with attribution and intervention, and flag cases for pharmacovigilance. Schedule tumour boards with a case list, attendees and structured recommendations, then print the minutes as a QWeb report.

Palliative care and survivorship built in
06 · BEYOND TREATMENT

Palliative care and survivorship built in

Palliative plans track goals of care, pain management, DNR status, advance directives, family meetings and hospice referral. Survivor follow-up schedules surveillance visits and monitors late effects — cardiotoxicity, secondary cancers, fertility, neurocognitive — long after the last cycle.

FAQ

Common questions

Which apps does it depend on?
It builds on AminiTech HMS Base, Consultation, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nursing, Ward and Billing. All required apps are added to your cart automatically at checkout — one purchase, one working stack.
Does it work on Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Yes — both Community and Enterprise editions of Odoo 18 are fully supported on your own server or odoo.sh. It is not available for Odoo Online (SaaS), which does not allow third-party apps.
Are the safety gates configurable?
The fit-to-proceed gate checks each cycle's ANC, platelets, creatinine, ALT and bilirubin against ISMP/NCCN-guided thresholds, and the two-nurse wizard blocks administration until a second nurse independently verifies. These are decision-support tools — final judgement rests with your clinicians.
Can I add my own protocols?
Yes. 20+ standard regimens (FOLFOX, R-CHOP, ABVD, FOLFIRINOX and more) ship seeded, and you can create your own with per-drug dose rules (mg/m2 or flat), route, day of cycle and premedication chains under Oncology > Configuration > Protocols.
What support do you provide?
Every purchase includes a 90-day bug-fix guarantee. Write to reach@aminitechsolutions.com and the AminiTech team will respond — we also offer paid customisation and implementation support.
