本模块为 Odoo 帮助台增加工单类型管理和唯一编号能力。每种工单类型可配置独立的序列规则，自动生成唯一工单编号，工单名称设为引用编号并增加主题字段，提升工单管理的专业性。
This module enhances Odoo Helpdesk with ticket type management and unique numbering. Each ticket type can have its own sequence rule, auto-generating unique ticket numbers with a reference-based name and subject field for professional support workflow.
