Architecture Design Request Workflow Management
Odoo App for Architecture Design Request Management for Home, Office, and More
This app enables you to manage architecture design requests submitted via the website, allowing the design or project team to review, process, and respond to each request efficiently from the backend.
Main Features:
- Category and Stage Configuration: Allows the Architect Manager to configure and manage architectural request categories and stages.
- Customer Meeting Management: Enables the Architect Manager to schedule and organize meetings with customers.
- Job Cost Sheet Creation: Facilitates the creation of a request specific job cost sheet by the Architect Manager.
- Sales Order Creation from Job Cost Sheet: Allows the Architect Manager to generate a sales order directly linked to a job cost sheet.
- Task Assignment and Management: Empowers the Architect Officer and Manager to create tasks and assign them to architects.
- Design Creation for Tasks: Enables architects to create designs for their assigned tasks.
- Multiple Design Versions per Task: Architects can create multiple design versions for a single task, accommodating design iterations.
- Version wise Design Management: Designs are managed in versions, with the ability to incorporate customer feedback and make revisions for each version.
- Customer Portal Access: Allows customers to view their own requests and access the published designs related to those requests via the customer portal.

Role of Architect Manager:
- Meeting Management: The Architect Manager creates and schedules meetings with customers to discuss requests.
- Job Cost Sheet Creation: The Architect Manager is responsible for creating and managing job cost sheets for architecture requests.
- Sales Order Management: The Architect Manager generates sales orders based on the quotation lines associated with architecture requests.
- Project Creation: The Architect Manager creates new projects for each architecture request, ensuring proper tracking and management.
Role of Architect Officer:
- Task Assignment: The Architect Officer assigns specific tasks to architects based on architecture requests.
- Customer Interaction: The Architect Officer works closely with customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the project requirements.
Role of Architect:
- Design Creation: Architects create designs based on the tasks assigned to them and collaborate with customers to refine the designs.
- Task Management: Architects are responsible for working on the design tasks assigned to them and ensuring timely delivery of designs.
Role of Portal User / Customer:
- Request Submission: Portal users (customers) can create architecture requests directly from the website.
- Request Tracking: Customers can view and manage their requests via the "My Account" portal on the website.
Note: There are three predefined user groups in the system:
1. Architect
2. Architect Officer
3. Architect Manager
To access the architecture apps in the system, ensure that the relevant user group is assigned to the user by ticking the appropriate role in the user form.
