Introduction

Assigning "Access Rights" for actions thus preventing users who don't have the selected groups from accessing the actions. This is useful in the case when a user has read access on an object but doesn't have the menu yet if they can get the URL they are able to access the data

• Hide Contact Menu for non administrator.
• Add administator security groups to Contact Window Action.
• NOTE: make sure that the group has an External ID (known as XML ID too). You can create external ID via export for update. To verify external view the group in form view and press on debug menu and "View Metadata". It is namved XML ID
• Remove user 'Marc Demo' from administrator groups.
• Log in with user 'Marc Demo' and try to access Contact app via pasting URL, An access denied error is raised preventing the user to execute this action.
