Configuration
Go to Settings --> Users & Companies --> Users.
Select the desired user from the list.
In the User form, a new tab
“Company Signatures” is
available.
Add company-specific
signatures under this tab — one
per accessible company.
When the user logs in and sends an email, the system automatically applies the signature of the currently active company.
Users can only configure signatures for the companies they have access to.
If a company is not assigned, the user cannot set or use its signature.
