Waarom deze module
Beheert huurcontracten (huurcontracten) met huurder, pand, maandelijkse huur en kosten. Belgische indexatie (indexatie) op basis van de gezondheidsindex (gezondheidsindex): nieuwe_huur = basis_huur x (nieuwe_index / basisindex van de verjaardagsmaand van het contract), jaarlijks toegepast op de verjaardag van het contract, nooit met terugwerkende kracht verder dan drie maanden. Nederlandse indexatie (huurindexering) op basis van de CPI-reeks alle huishoudens, met een optionele contractuele opslag. Waarborgbeheer: Belgische huurwaarborg met plafond (max. 3 maanden op een geblokkeerde rekening) en Nederlandse waarborg (doorgaans 1-2 maanden) met opvolging van de vrijgave. Maandelijkse huurfacturen met huur + kosten en betaalstatus. Vooraf ingevulde opzoektabellen voor gezondheidsindex en CPI.
