Features Leases (huurcontracten) with tenant, property, monthly rent and costs. Belgian indexation (indexatie) using the health index (gezondheidsindex): new_rent = base_rent x (new_index / base_index of the contract anniversary month), applied yearly on the lease anniversary, never retroactive beyond three months. Dutch indexation (huurindexering) using the CPI all-households series with an optional contractual surcharge. Deposit handling: Belgian huurwaarborg cap (max 3 months for a blocked account) and Dutch waarborg (typically 1-2 months) with release tracking. Monthly rent invoices with rent + costs and payment status. Seeded health-index and CPI lookup tables.
