Zendesk Connector Module
Create a New Zendesk Connector
User can create a new Zendesk connector by clicking on the New button. Here User need to add their API Token, Email and Server URL details and click on Test Connection button.
After clicking on "Test Connection" button the created Zendesk connector activated.
Import Contact from Zendesk to Odoo
Enable the “Sync Contacts” checkbox in the configuration settings.Once enabled, the Import/Export buttons will appear under the Operations section. Click on the “Import Contacts” button to import contacts from Zendesk into Odoo.

After clicking the "Import Contacts" button, User can see that the contact was imported successfully and can also view the log history.

Export Contact From Odoo to Zendesk
User needs to click the "Export Contacts" button to export contacts from Odoo to Zendesk.

Ticket Stage Mappings
Configure the Ticket Stage Mappings by selecting each Zendesk status with the corresponding Odoo stage to ensure proper ticket status synchronization between both systems.

Scheduler-based Sync
On the Zendesk connector page, there is a “Scheduler-based Sync” option. When the user enables this option, manual import or export between Odoo and Zendesk is no longer required. The system automatically runs a scheduled job (cron), which handles the synchronization and keeps the data updated between both platforms by default.
