This module allows you to create project tasks directly from Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in Odoo. A "Create Task" button is added to the ECO form, opening a wizard where users can enter details like Project, Task Title, Assignees, Allocated Hours, Deadline, Tags, and Description. Once a task is created, a "Tasks" smart button with a counter appears in the ECO, providing quick access to all related tasks. This integration helps streamline engineering changes, task assignments, and project tracking, ensuring a smooth workflow between PLM and Project Management.

Create task from engineering change orders
You can find the "Create Task" button on the engineering change orders form. To create a task from that engineering change orders, simply click on the button. This allows you to quickly generate a task associated with the engineering change orders, streamlining task management and improving workflow efficiency.
Wizard to enter details for project task
Clicking the "Create Task" button opens a wizard where you can enter project details, set the deadline, and assign the task to the relevant person and click on create task button.
On the engineering change orders form, you can view the number of tasks created from that engineering change orders.
