Carbon Emission Project Integration
This module adds project-level carbon budget monitoring and project-task activity integration for carbon emission governance.

Configuration
- Go to Settings > Carbon Emission Governance.
- Enable Carbon from Completed Project Tasks.
- Configure default scope, category, and unit for project activities.
- Optionally set a default factor and automatic submit behavior.
Usage
- Open a project and go to the Carbon Budget page.
- Set the carbon budget target.
- Review approved actual CO2e and budget usage percentage.
- Use the Carbon Records smart button to open related emission records.
Carbon budget overview for a project - Create or update a task in that project.
- A carbon emission record is created (or updated if still draft) when the task is closed (Done or Cancelled) and Carbon Activity Quantity is greater than 0.
Carbon activity quantity on a project task form - Timesheet behavior:
- If module hr_timesheet is installed and the project has Allow timesheets enabled, Carbon Activity Quantity is replaced by Allocated Time.
Carbon activity quantity is replaced by allocated time when timesheets are enabled
