ODOO'S FUNCTION
By default, Odoo allows the creation of Job Positions and Employees in the Recruitment and Employees modules, but it does not support associating a user template (defining Groups, Access Rights, or Record Rules) with a Job Position . When creating a user from an Employee, Odoo requires manual configuration of access rights, which is time-consuming and error-prone for organizations with standardized roles.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
The CLuedoo User Template for Job Position module enhances Odoo’s HR and User management by introducing automated user template assignment based on Job Positions :
