ODOO'S FUNCTION
Standard Odoo focuses on the Recruitment-to-Employee transition , allowing users to create job roles, set hiring targets, and publish vacancies. It effectively manages the recruitment dashboard, website applications, and automatically maps job titles to employee profiles once a candidate is hired.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo extends this by focusing on Job Governance & Hierarchy . It introduces a Job Org-chart to visualize the position structure independently of employees and a Job Template system to standardize requirements. Furthermore, it adds a Validation Workflow (New – In Progress – Confirmed) to ensure roles are approved before recruitment begins.

1. Go to Employees --> Configuration > Job Position Templates > Create new job template.

2. Create new position from this template.
Employees > Configuration > Job Position > New.
Result: All information set up in Job Template is now inherited and auto-fill in new job position. |

3. There are three stages of the position after you saved it: New - In Progress - Confirmed A go-to button also appears: Click on Start > Stage changed to In progress. Continue to click on Confirm > Stage changed to Confirmed. If you want to reset to the new stage > click on Reset |

2. Go to Employees > Employees > set up new Employees and their Name + positions.

3. Back to the Job Position Display of a specific personel. Click on 'Full Org Chart Button'.
Result: The chart view now show the name of all employees and their extra positions. If you have more than 1 extra position for one personnel, these positions are seperated by commas. |
