Import schedules from a .xer file
CONSTRA Schedule includes a dedicated wizard for Primavera exchange files. Teams can load WBS, activities, dates, progress, and dependency logic straight into Odoo â then open the same project in the interactive Gantt. Use it when you receive a baseline or update from your planner without needing a live Oracle P6 connection in Odoo.
Wizard â project, file & options
Pick an Odoo project, upload the exported .xer, and choose whether to replace existing schedule data and which entities to import (WBS, activities, dependencies, dates).
Preview â validate before commit
Scan parsed rows and counts, then confirm Import to create schedule records linked to your construction project. Menu paths: Project app and Project Scheduling â Projects.
Suite note: The XER importer is delivered by the Construction Scheduling & P6 Integration module, which is part of the CONSTRA Core suite install â the same schedule data feeds Gantt views and project reporting across the stack.
