This module enables you to efficiently manage issues related to construction and job contracting. It serves as a comprehensive issue tracking system specifically designed for the construction and contracting industry. Workers on-site can use the system to report any job-related issues they encounter, while customers can also raise support requests related to construction and job contracting projects.
Main Features:
- Your customers or construction team can easily submit issue requests through your website, which will be sent directly to your account or portal page. They can also attach relevant documents when creating issues, providing all necessary details for efficient resolution.
- A unique issue number is generated upon submission and logged in the backend, allowing for seamless tracking and management of each issue.
- The customer or construction team can easily track the status of all issues theyâve submitted through their account portal page.
- Enable your backend team to generate and print PDF reports of submitted issues for easy reference and documentation.
- Users and technicians can communicate seamlessly via the chatter feature and easily fill out timesheets for each project issue.
- Project or issue managers can close tickets and send email notifications to customers requesting feedback and ratings.
- Customers can provide feedback and rate the ticket once it has been resolved.
- Manage your issued tickets by assigning them to the appropriate issue team for efficient resolution.
- Track and manage customers' prepaid hours for issues related to a specific analytic account or project.
- Enable the creation of customer invoices directly from timesheets for accurate billing.
- Allow you to create tasks for issues and log timesheet entries directly from the issue form.
- Enable you to add invoice lines directly on the issue form and generate invoices from it.
- Select the timesheets for which you want to generate a customer invoice, then click on the "Make Invoice" wizard action to create the invoice under the Invoicing menu.
- Configure prepaid hours on the customer's analytic account and display the status of prepaid hours directly on the issue ticket form.
- Allow users to log "Time In" and "Time Out" on their timesheets for accurate tracking.
- The Issue Manager can configure each of these stages to suit the specific needs of the construction and contracting business, allowing for flexibility in handling various types of issues.

- Create Issues: Easily create issues directly from the customer portal page on the website.
- Manage & Track Issues: Manage and track issues within the "My Account" section, with the ability to search for and view issue details.
- Create Tasks from Issues: Generate tasks from issues and view related issue details within the task.
- Email Notifications: When an issue is closed, an email is automatically sent to the customer requesting ratings and feedback.
- Customer Feedback: Customers can provide ratings and feedback online after the issue is closed.
- Invoicing Process: Select timesheets for which you want to create customer invoices.Click on the Make Invoice wizard action under the invoicing menu to generate the customer invoice.
- Prepaid Hours Configuration: Configure prepaid hours on the customerâs analytic account and track the status of prepaid hours.
- Print PDF for Issues: Generate a PDF for issue details, making it easy to share or reference.
- View Issues with Smart Buttons: Customers can view project issues using the Smart Button.Tasks are linked to view the associated issues via the Smart Button.
