Configuration Guide
Follow the steps below to configure & start printing from Odoo POS.
Navigate to the Point of Sale menu, click Settings, and search for the Connected Devices section.
Enable the ePos Printer toggle. Once enabled, a printer selection dropdown will appear, allowing you to choose your desired printer.
From the printer list, select the printer you want to use for printing POS order receipts.
To enable kitchen receipt printing, search for the Preparation option within your POS settings.
Enable the Preparation Printer option. You can add a new preparation printer by clicking Add Printer, or update an existing one via Manage Printers.
Go to Manage Printers, select the preparation printer you created, and in Printer Type enable the Use a Custom Printer option.
From the custom printer dropdown, select the specific printer you wish to use.
When you open a POS session and create an order, and you want to send kitchen receipts, you can manually send them using the "Send" option in the POS. If auto receipt printing is enabled, receipts will be printed automatically as well.
