This integration ensures seamless synchronization between Odoo and TrackingMore, offering a complete, automated tracking experience without the need for external tools or manual updates.
With this integration, users gain complete visibility into their shipping operations through features like automatic real-time status updates, detailed checkpoint history, and centralized tracking management. Each delivery order in Odoo can be linked to TrackingMore records, ensuring that shipment data, status, and delivery progress are always up to date.
The module also includes powerful management options such as stop automatic updates, manual refresh, and tracking deletion, giving users full control over their tracking data. Odoo Trackingmore Integration
- Navigate to Settings → Users & Companies → Companies and open the "Trackingmore" page to enter your account name and credentials.
- click the Test Connection button to verify successful connection with the Trackingmore API and fetch delivery methods.
- Navigate to Inventory → Configuration → Delivery Methods to view all available delivery carriers, including those synchronized from TrackingMore.
- View the list of delivery methods, including TrackingMore-enabled carriers. Open any courier to view details.
- The Courier Details page displays information for delivery methods fetched from TrackingMore. displays comprehensive information for each couriers, including details, links, features, and courier details etc.
- Create a Sales Order by selecting a customer and adding the desired products. Once the order is ready, click the Add Shipping button to choose a TrackingMore-enabled courier.
- After selecting a TrackingMore-enabled shipping method, click the Add button in the wizard to apply the shipping method to the sale order.
- Click the Confirm button to finalize the sales order and generate the corresponding delivery order with the selected TrackingMore shipping method.
- Enter a valid tracking reference number in the delivery order.
- Use the Trackingmore button to create a tracking record and monitor your shipment with real-time updates.
- Click the Trackingmore Smart Button on the delivery order to view detailed tracking records and shipment status.
- Use the Stop Updating button in the tracking record to pause automatic real-time status updates from TrackingMore.
- Use the Delete Tracking button in the tracking record to delete the tracking.
- Configure the Webhook in your TrackingMore account to enable automatic shipment status updates and checkpoint synchronization in Odoo.
- The Status Info page displays real-time shipment updates to show the latest tracking information.
- The Checkpoints section displays the complete shipment history, including all scanned locations and status updates from TrackingMore.
- The Tracking menu in Sales provides a centralized view of all shipment tracking records created via TrackingMore.
- The Chatter logs in the delivery order record all checkpoint updates, providing a history of tracking events from TrackingMore.
