Manufacturing Pick Split by Operations
Split manufacturing stock pickings by operations using BOM line operations
Description
This module modifies the manufacturing process to create separate stock pickings for each operation instead of one consolidated picking for all raw materials.
When a manufacturing order is confirmed, the system analyzes the Bill of Materials and groups raw materials by their assigned operations from BOM lines. It then creates individual stock pickings for each operation group, with delivery dates calculated based on work order schedules.

How It Works
- Manufacturing Order Confirmation: When a manufacturing order is confirmed, the system identifies all required raw materials and their BOM line operations
- Material Grouping: Raw materials are grouped by their assigned operations. Materials without specific operations are grouped for pre-production delivery
- Picking Creation: Separate stock pickings are created for each operation group
- Scheduling: Delivery dates are calculated based on work order start dates to ensure materials arrive when needed
