Step-by-Step User Guide
1. Enable the Feature
First, go to Settings > General Settings. Search for "OTP" and enable "Global Two-factor Authentication" to activate it for everyone instantly.
2. Create Internal User (Employee/Admin)
Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users. Click **New**. Fill in the name and Email or Mobile. The system will automatically use these for OTP.

3. Create Portal User (Admin Method)
Go to Contacts. Create a new contact with Email/Mobile. Then click the Action menu (gear icon) and select "Grant portal access". Confirm the email and click Grant Access.
4. Create Portal User (Website Signup)
Users can also sign up themselves! Go to your website login page and click "Don't have an account?". They can enter their Name, Email, and Mobile number to register.
5. Reset/Change Password
Access Settings > Users. If you don't see the user, remove the "Internal Users" filter. Select the user, click Action > Change Password to set a new one manually.
